Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Andrew J. Caborn earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2002 from California State University, a Juris Doctor in 2007 from Whittier College, and a Master of Laws in 2015 from the University of California, Berkeley. From 2015 to 2019, he served as an assistant chief counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in San Francisco, and from 2008 to 2014 he was a deputy and later senior deputy district attorney at the Tulare County District Attorney's Office in California. He is a member of the California State Bar and the Washington State Bar.
