Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Andrea Cole earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2004 from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor in 2006 from Stetson University College of Law. From 2016 to 2022, she served as an assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in Miami, and from 2015 to 2016 as an asylum officer with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in Miami. From 2007 to 2015, she was an associate handling immigration matters at several law firms in Miami. She is a member of the Florida Bar.
