Background

The Honorable Immigration Judge Alex Mason holds degrees from Brigham Young University and the University of Arizona. Before his appointment, he served as an assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, in Arizona, and earlier as a deputy county attorney at the Pima County Attorney's Office. He was assigned to the Houston - Greenspoint Park Immigration Court.
