H-1B Visa (For Professional Workers)

$1,000 every month for 6 months.

The H-1B visa allows a U.S. employer to petition for foreign workers in specialty occupations, which require a bachelor’s degree or higher, and the application of specialized knowledge.

ℹ️ The employer has to be the petitioner, not the individual employee.

If approved, you get a three year admission period, and it can be renewed for another three years.

For the H-1B, we must prove that the job requires a bachelor’s degree, and that this degree suits the position. There is no advertising done for this type of visa.

🕐 The main drawback to this visa is that only 64,000 are issued a year, and every year all of the visas are used up. In fact, it is now necessary to apply for a lottery to even be considered. That lottery opens in March of every year. If selected in the lottery, we can proceed to the full application.

🕐 All initial H-1B applications must be submitted around April 1st, for a start date of October 1st.

☀️ We will be glad to represent you through the entire process.

💳 We handle this type of case on a flat fee basis, and charge $1,000/month for 6 months, for a total of $6,000.00 per employee.

We will begin work on your case immediately upon the first payment, and work on your case without delay.

Our flat fee includes:

✔︎ Submitting the H-1B lottery application. If we do not succeed, we cancel future payments, and can assist you next year.

✔︎ Assisting with all Department of Labor stages of the process.

✔︎ Drafting all of the relevant forms, and sending them to you for signature.

✔︎ Providing checklists and direct support to help you collect the required supporting documents.

✔︎ Submitting your application package.

✔︎ Responding on your behalf to any requests for evidence.

ℹ️ The application filing fees charged by the government are not included in the flat fee. (That just covers our legal work.)

🖊 📋 After you make the first payment, we will e-mail you an Attorney-Client Contract that you can sign electronically. Then, we will e-mail you a link to our online intake form, as well as a checklist of items to start collecting.

💬 We are available by e-mail, phone, and video to answer your questions throughout the process.
