The Honorable Immigration Judge Jeffrey T. McCluskey was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in August 2026. Judge McCluskey earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1990 from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctor in 1993 from the University of Mississippi School of Law. From January 1997 to January 2023, Judge McCluskey served as an assistant district attorney with the Madison County District Attorney's Office in Alabama. From September 1994 to January 1997, Judge McCluskey served as an assistant district attorney with the Cullman County District Attorney's Office in Alabama. Judge McCluskey is a member of the Alabama State Bar.
