The Honorable Immigration Judge Grant M. Pattison was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in August 2026. Judge Pattison earned a Bachelor of Science in 2016 and a Juris Doctor in 2019, both from Florida State University. From 2019 to 2026, Judge Pattison served as a judge advocate in the U.S. Air Force. Before law school, Judge Pattison served as a staff member in the Florida House of Representatives, as a clerk for the Honorable Gary P. Flower of Florida's 4th Judicial Circuit, and as a fraud investigator for the Florida Department of Financial Services. Judge Pattison is a member of the Florida Bar.
