The Honorable Immigration Judge David A. Melanson was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in July 2026. Judge Melanson earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2014 from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a Juris Doctor in 2018 from the University of Massachusetts School of Law.
