The Honorable Immigration Judge Bret J. Engstrom was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in July 2026. From December 2014 to April 2016, he was a solo practitioner with Eng law Group PLLC in Mesa, Arizona. From October 2013 to December 2014, he was an associate with McLean Law Firm PLC in Phoenix. Judge Engstrom is a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
