The Honorable Immigration Judge Andrew Hurd was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in August 2026. From October 2014 to August 2016, Judge Hurd was an associate at Miller & Law PC in Littleton, Colorado. From November 2006 to October 2014, Judge Hurd was a criminal defense attorney in private practice in San Antonio. Judge Hurd is a member of the Colorado Bar.
