Temporary Protected Status designations are in active flux. Terminations are reported for Haiti, Yemen and Syria, and extensions for Somalia, Ethiopia and South Sudan, with employment authorization treatment and operative dates still being clarified. A court order that had blocked the Haiti termination was held no longer effective on August 5, and the underlying litigation continues.
