KXLH reports the final resolution of the Montana Highway Patrol profiling case. The settlement included a new policy, training, a five-year independent study of traffic-stop data, records of contacts with federal immigration authorities, an outside complaint process, and annual reports. Shahid Haque urged other Montana law-enforcement agencies to adopt the same standards.
