· Bozeman Daily Chronicle · By Brent Bledsoe · From the Border Crossing Law Firm media archive.
In a follow-up letter, Brent Bledsoe rejects Shahid's distinction between unlawful presence and criminal entry, argues that enforcement would cause undocumented residents to leave on their own, and says immigration law should serve citizens rather than respond to hardship abroad.
